Homes in The Springs date from the first phase of Emirates Living, so an old screen here often needs new mesh rather than a new frame. Re-meshing starts at AED 200 per screen. A new sliding screen for the garden door starts from AED 670, a pleated one is AED 1,550 per door, and the survey is free.

Can you fix the screens that came with our Springs townhouse?+
If the frames are still straight, yes: standard mesh goes in for AED 200 per screen and metal mesh for AED 300.
Which door do owners in The Springs screen first?+

Emaar Community Management approves changes to the outside of Emirates Living homes. If the screen will show on the facade, ask ECM about your street first.
