Privacy policy

You give us your details yourself. The request form takes the name and WhatsApp number you type, saves them as a request in our order records and opens WhatsApp, where you decide what else to send. We use them only to price, measure, make and fit your mosquito screens, and delete them when you ask.

What we receive and why

Who else sees it

Inside the company, only the people working on your order: the person answering WhatsApp, the measurer and the installers. We keep the request in our order records so everyone sees the same details.

We do not sell or pass your details to advertisers, and we do not send promotions to your number.

To improve the site we count visits with Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics: which pages open, where visitors come from, clicks and scrolling. These counts do not include the name or number you type in the form.

WhatsApp carries our messages under its own privacy policy. We share data with authorities only when UAE law requires it.

Your choices

How long we keep it

We keep order details while the order is open and afterwards for as long as you may come back about the same screens, for example for re-meshing or a repair.

Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will remove them from our records, except what the law obliges us to keep.

Which cookies the site and the visit statistics use, and what embedded videos and maps may set, is on the cookie policy page. The site is meant for adults arranging work on their home, not for children.
