Processing is carried out under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form yourself: your name and your phone number.
Stored with the request are the address of the page it was sent from and the calculator result, if you used it. That is so the surveyor calls already knowing which opening you mean.
The form sends nothing else. We do not ask for an email, a site address, documents or payment details.
What it is for
To call you back, agree a time for the free survey and name a price.
The data is not used for mailings. We do not sell it and do not hand it to anyone for advertising.
Who the data reaches
The request goes into our CRM, Bitrix24. It is seen there by the surveyor and the manager handling your order.
The site is hosted on Vercel. As with any host, technical records of requests remain, including the IP address — that is what keeps the site running and holds off bots.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation runs under the rules of WhatsApp and Meta.
The data goes nowhere else.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It stores nothing in your browser.
If we connect counters, this page will be updated before they appear on the site.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than three years from the last conversation.
If the work was carried out, the order record is kept separately for as long as the two-year warranty runs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent.
Write from the email or the WhatsApp number you gave us, so we can tell the request is yours. We answer within a working week.
Withdrawing consent does not stop us finishing work already started, or the warranty on it.
Children
The site is meant for adult customers. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If such data has reached us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If anything changes in substance, the date at the bottom of the page changes with it.
