“The roller mechanism on our existing net broke. They replaced it with a new upgraded system that rolls smoother and locks in place better. Much better than the original.”

Photographing the opening for a mosquito screen
Stand straight in front
Get the whole window or door in the shot, frame included, from wall to wall.
Add a close up of the frame
Show the side where the glass slides or the door opens. The screen fixes there.
Write rough sizes
Width and height, even by eye. A tape measure held in the shot also works.
Say what bothers you
Mosquitoes, sand after a shamal, a cat on the sill, sun on the TV.

Questions
What people ask
Can I call instead of writing on WhatsApp?+
Yes. 050 877 2632 takes calls too. A photo on WhatsApp just gets you a price range faster.
Is the survey free?+
Yes, anywhere in Dubai. The measurer brings mesh samples and confirms the price at your home.
Do you come to Abu Dhabi or Sharjah?+
Yes. In Abu Dhabi city the measurer comes about 30 minutes after you book. For Sharjah, Al Ain and Al Dhafra, send photos of the openings first and we agree the visit.
I only have a video of the problem. Is that enough?+
Yes. For a screen that sticks or falls off the track, a short video tells us more than a photo.
Can I come to the office to see mesh samples?+
Message us first to agree a time. Or save the trip: the measurer brings the samples to your home.
