For a repair question a photo of the mechanism is essential: it shows the fitter the type of profile, so he arrives with the right hardware instead of making a second visit.
What happens after an enquiry
We get in touch and agree a time for the survey. The surveyor comes out, measures the openings and gives the price on the spot.
Once you decide to go ahead, the profile is cut to your sizes and the screen is assembled in our workshop. Installation is arranged separately.
There is nothing to pay before the survey. It is free and commits you to nothing: deciding not to order after the numbers is a perfectly normal outcome.

We share the office with the group's window repair business, so ask for Mosquito Nets at reception. Surveys and installations run from the workshop rather than the office, so the reception hours do not affect a visit to you.
To come to the office or the workshop, message us on WhatsApp first: a booked visit suits both sides better, and we will have the mesh and profile samples ready when you arrive.
We do not publish an address and opening hours we are not certain of: arriving at the wrong address is worse than finding no address at all.
What to put in your first message
The more specific the first message, the sooner you get a useful answer.
Worth including: city and district, type of opening, rough dimensions and what is actually getting in, mosquitoes or sandflies. If a screen is already fitted and something has broken, attach a close photo of the mechanism: it shows the type of profile, and the fitter arrives with the right hardware straight away.
If it is a commercial site or a whole villa, say so at once: those enquiries are handled by a separate person and you will not have to repeat yourself.
