Reinforced premium mesh is tougher than standard and copes better with knocks, pushing and wind. It suits screen doors that open all day, windy balconies high up in towers and homes with small children. It costs AED 600 per m², which is AED 200 more than standard.

What makes reinforced mosquito mesh stronger
It is woven from a tougher yarn than standard, so each thread takes more before it stretches or splits. The job stays the same: mosquitoes and flies stay outside.
Tougher yarn is a little thicker, so slightly less light comes through. On a door you walk through all day, most people accept that trade.

Is it the same as a reinforced screen?+
The mesh is one part. A reinforced screen also has a stronger frame and fixings, covered on its own page.
Can I see through it as well as standard?+
Almost. The yarn is thicker, so the view is slightly softer.
Does it stop smaller insects than standard?+
It is made for strength, not for a finer weave. For tiny midges and fine dust, look at anti-dust mesh.
Does it suit a windy tower balcony?+
Yes, it copes with gusts better than standard. Still close the screen before a storm.
