Every screen we make is built to the size of its opening, so there is no single price. What there is: a starting price for each type, a rate per square metre, and a free survey that turns both into an exact figure for your home.

Starting prices by type
The type of screen and the opening decide where the price begins. A fixed frame starts at 200 AED, a magnetic screen and a hinged door at 250, a sliding screen at 350. Roll-up and pleated screens follow the price of the opening they close: a roll-up from 200 AED for a window and 250 for a door, a pleated one from 250 for a door. Each type has its own page — fixed frame, magnetic, hinged doors, sliding, pleated and roll-up.
By opening, the cheapest way in is from 200 AED for a window, from 250 AED for a door and from 300 AED for a balcony.

What moves the final figure
Area first: above the starting price the calculator counts the opening at 320 AED per square metre, so a wide terrace door costs more than a bedroom window of the same type. The type of screen second: each starts at its own price, as the table above shows.
The mesh matters too. Standard mesh is in the starting price; anti-sand, pollen filter and pet-proof weaves cost more, and the mesh types page compares them. Options are priced per unit: a handle at 45 AED, a child lock at 35 AED and an extra frame at 95 AED. The calculator adds 5% VAT on top.
What the price already includes
The survey, free in all seven emirates — a specialist comes to you, there is no need to visit the office. Manufacture to the size of the opening in our own Dubai workshop, where a single screen is built in 10 to 15 minutes. Fitting, usually in the same week as the survey. And a 2-year warranty on both the product and the fitting.
Why there is no single price
Two flats in the same tower can differ noticeably: the depth of the guide, the fixing surface and a few centimetres of width change both the price and which mechanisms are possible at all. That is why we do not quote from photographs or from figures sent to us — a one-centimetre gap devalues the whole purchase.
Treat the calculator as a guide rather than an offer: the invoice comes after the survey. We have been doing this in the Emirates for 12 years and have fitted more than 5000 screens.
The starting price tells you where a system begins. The figure you pay comes from your opening — measured in millimetres, free of charge.
When a repair costs less
If the frame is sound, repairing an old screen almost always costs less than a new one: re-meshing, rollers, brush seal and a handle fit well inside the price of a new screen. The fitter brings the consumables and the price is agreed before anything is taken apart — see screen repair.
