Installation in towers and villa communities
In Marina, JLT and Business Bay towers, building management often approves contractors first. Ask for the work permit, a service lift slot and a visitor parking bay for our van before the day.
In Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills or Damac Hills, register the team at the gate. Some communities want an NOC for changes seen from outside: check with the management company.
Straight answers
When a new screen is not the answer
Sometimes a smaller job does more.
Frame sound, mesh torn
New mesh from AED 200 per screen costs far less than a new screen.
Screen drags or jumps its track
Sand under the rollers or a worn roller is the usual cause. A repair visit sorts it out.
Rented flat, no drilling allowed
Take clip-on frames for windows or a sliding screen in a spare channel. Doors need a few screws, so ask the landlord.
Warranty on installed mosquito nets
Every screen we make and fit carries 5 years on the frame, 2 years on the mechanism and 2 years on fitting. The frame keeps its shape and coating, the screen stays square and firmly fixed.
Damage from outside is not covered: a claw through the mesh, debris in a sandstorm, a screen refitted by someone else. A photo on WhatsApp tells us which case it is.

Yes. In Abu Dhabi city the measurer comes about 30 minutes after you book. Al Ain, Ruwais, Madinat Zayed and Liwa are by arrangement, after you send photos.
