New mesh is AED 200 per screen with standard mesh, AED 300 with metal and AED 350 with aluminium. A handle is AED 50. Tracks, rollers and cords are priced once we see the fault.
Do you repair screens another company installed?+
Yes, whoever made them. For pleated and roller screens send a photo first, so we can check that parts for that system exist.
Do you repair on site or take the screen away?+
Adjustments are done on the spot. If a part or new mesh is needed, you hear the price before any work starts.
My sliding screen has come off its track. Can you fix it?+
Yes, if the frame and the track are straight. We clean the track, set the screen back and adjust or replace the rollers.
When is replacement better than repair?+
When the frame is bent, cracked at a corner or corroded. New mesh will not sit tight in it, so a new screen is cheaper in the end.
Are fly screens suitable for Dubai weather?+
Yes, with some care. Powder coated aluminium frames take the sun well; sand is the real enemy, so vacuum the tracks after a shamal.
Is a repair covered by the warranty?+
On screens we made and fitted, yes: 5 years on the frame, 2 on the mechanism, 2 on fitting. Damage from outside, such as a claw through the mesh, is paid at price list rates.
