Terms of service
These terms cover the use of this website. Prices on it come from our price list in AED and are a guide: the exact price for your opening is confirmed at the free survey in Dubai. A request sent through the site or WhatsApp is not an order until we agree the details with you.

How to read our prices
Requests and orders
The form and the WhatsApp buttons start a conversation, not a contract. An order exists once we have measured, named the price and you have confirmed it in writing, for example in the WhatsApp chat.
Payment terms and the fitting date are agreed for each order in the same chat.
Fitting usually takes 3 to 5 days from the survey. The warranty is 7 years on the frame, 2 years on the mechanism and 2 years on fitting.

Pictures, content and law
Colours on a phone or monitor are never exact. The measurer compares the RAL colour with your frames on site and brings mesh samples.
Our guides give general advice; for your opening, what the measurer sees on site comes first. Texts and pictures on this site belong to Mosquito Nets UAE, so please ask before copying them.
These terms follow the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai.
