Pet-resistant mosquito mesh
Pet-resistant mesh is woven from a thick coated yarn, much tougher than standard fibreglass. Cats find it hard to claw through and dogs do not push it out so easily. It costs AED 800 per m² and goes on the windows and screen doors your pet can reach.

Why pet mesh lasts where standard tears
Standard fibreglass yarn is thin, so a claw hooks a thread and splits it. Pet mesh uses a much thicker coated yarn that bends under a paw instead of breaking.
The thicker yarn makes the screen a little darker. Fit it where the cat or dog actually reaches and keep standard mesh on the rest.
