On the Palm, Nakheel asks owners to get approval for changes to windows, doors and balconies, so a row of villas keeps one look from the street and the sea.
Our screens sit inside the door frame, and the profile is powder coated in the RAL colour of your frames. Ask the community team about an NOC before the fitting date.

Do you fit screens in the Shoreline apartments?+
Yes. Balcony doors there take pleated Uno or Centra at AED 1,550 per door.
Can one screen close the corner of our villa terrace?+
If two glass walls meet with no post, the Corner system closes both sides. Its price comes from the survey.
Do I need a Nakheel NOC for a mosquito screen?+
Nakheel asks for approval of changes to windows and doors on the Palm. Ask your community team first; we send the screen type, size and colour for the request.
Are there mosquitoes on an island in the sea?+
Yes. Irrigated gardens and pools on the fronds give them what they need, and humid evenings are the worst.
Which mesh suits a sea view?+
Standard mesh keeps the view brightest. Anti-glare mesh at AED 650 per m² takes the shine off the water.
