Towers in the Marina, JBR and JLT mostly have sliding windows, some of them floor to ceiling. Villas mix tall casement or tilt-and-turn bedroom windows with a small window over the kitchen sink.

Does the sash open inwards, into the room?
The net goes on the outer face of the frame, and the measurer checks how much depth it has.
It fits indoors, on the frame or inside the reveal, and you still reach the handle.
Is the window smaller than 1.5 m each way?
Vertica is an option and needs no room at the sides.
Uno or Centra, depending on how the sash opens.
Is the window arched or round?
Pleated needs straight sides. A custom shape screen follows the curve.

Vertica for the window over the sink
Over a kitchen sink there is no room at the sides, and you lean across the tap to reach the sash. Vertica closes from the top down, its handle bar at the bottom.
It is made on the slim PVL 22 profile, up to 1.5 × 1.5 m. The same system suits ventilators and small bathroom windows that open often.
