Pleated Uno or Centra at AED 1,550 per door; Double Centra or Proxima for a glass wall.
French doors take a pair of hinged screen doors from AED 810.
Is there a double-height window or tall majlis glass?
Wide glass takes Proxima; glass out of reach takes a motorised screen from AED 1,350 plus 5% VAT.

Does your community ask for a NOC for exterior changes?

How much does it cost to screen a whole villa?+
There is no fixed villa package: the price is the sum of the openings you choose. Garden doors are AED 1,550 each, the kitchen screen door from AED 810, a 1.5 × 1.2 m window AED 720.
How long does it take to screen a villa?+
One free survey covers every floor, and our own team fits door and window screens 3 to 5 days later. Zip and motorised screens get their date at the survey.
Can the screens match my villa frames?+
Yes. Every profile is powder coated in the RAL colour of your frames. The frame carries a 5 year warranty, the mechanism and fitting 2 years each.
Can you screen big sliding garden doors and a tall majlis?+
Yes. Proxima and Double Centra cover glass up to 8 m wide at 3 m high, and a majlis door takes pleated panels that meet in the middle.
Are villa screens safe with children and pets?+
No mesh is a barrier against falls or the pool. For a cat on the sill, choose pet mesh at AED 800 per m².
Do you screen the roof terrace?+
Yes: pleated on the roof door, and zip screens between pergola posts, priced after the survey. Under an open slatted roof we screen the doors instead.
I rent my villa. Can I fit screens?+
Yes, with the landlord's written yes. Agree which openings you screen and whether the screens stay when you leave.
