Our Own Production in Dubai

Our Own Production in Dubai

We have our own workshop in Dubai. We do not resell finished screens and we do not wait on a container: profile is cut, frames are assembled and mesh is stretched here. One screen takes 10 to 15 minutes to build, which is why an urgent order does not depend on somebody else's stock.

We have our own workshop in Dubai. We do not resell finished screens and we do not wait on a container: profile is cut, frames are assembled and mesh is stretched here. One screen takes 10 to 15 minutes to build, which is why an urgent order does not depend on somebody else's stock.

01LEAD TIME: WE CUT THE SAME DAY

A reseller orders a batch from a factory and waits. We cut profile to your sizes on the day the surveyor brings the figures back.

02NON-STANDARD WITHOUT A REFUSAL

An arch, a circle, a five-metre span, a RAL colour to match your windows — for us that is an ordinary order, not a special case with a surcharge.

03EVERY FRAME IS CHECKED FOR FLATNESS

The corners are pulled together with keys, and a frame that does not rest on all four corners goes no further. The mesh is tensioned by hand.

04WHAT TO LOOK AT IN THE WORKSHOP

  • How the corner is pulled together
  • How the mesh is set into the groove
  • How the brush seal sits
  • Those three places show, two years on, who built the screen

Why this matters to you at all

The difference between a manufacturer and a reseller shows up in three places.

The first is time. A reseller orders from a factory and waits for a batch. We cut profile to your dimensions on the day the surveyor brings the numbers back, and fitting follows the survey rather than a shipping schedule.

The second is anything non-standard. An arch, a circle, a five-metre span, a frame powder-coated to match your windows: for a reseller that is a refusal or a surcharge for a special order. For a workshop it is ordinary work.

The third is price. There is nobody else's margin inside it. The calculation runs from the area of the opening at 320 AED per square metre, and that figure does not carry somebody's warehouse.

Assembling a frame: corner keys in the profile, a roll of mesh beside it

How one screen gets built

Profile arrives in lengths and is cut to your sizes at 45 degrees. The corners are drawn together with connectors and the frame is checked for flatness: if it does not rest on all four corners it does not go any further.

The mesh is cut with an allowance and set into the groove with a rubber cord around the perimeter. Tension is judged by hand, and this is where a manufacturer differs from a production line: over-tension and the fabric tears at the edge, under-tension and it sags by the end of the season.

Then the hardware goes on: handles, clips, the brush seal around the edge. A finished screen leaves for the site the same day if the site is in Dubai.

What we do that resellers do not

We powder-coat profile to the RAL palette to match your windows. That is not an option produced at the end of the conversation; it is part of the order. A white screen on a bronze window is visible from the street, and it is the first thing people complain about a month later.

We bend profile to a radius for arched and circular openings, taking the shape with a template on site.

We re-stretch other people's screens. It makes no difference to us who fitted the construction: if the frame is sound we replace the mesh and warrant the work.

We keep common hardware in stock, so a small repair closes in one visit rather than three.

When the order is a whole villa, seeing the workshop is more honest than any words on a website.

What is worth seeing with your own eyes

We show the workshop. This is not a tour for its own sake: when the order is a whole villa, seeing where and how the screens are built says more than any wording on a website.

We would particularly suggest looking at the joints up close: how a corner is drawn together, how the mesh sits in the groove, how the brush seal is set. Those three details are what tell you, two years later, who built the screen.

Visits are arranged through WhatsApp or by phone.

Common questions

Where is the workshop?

In Dubai. We agree the address and a time in advance, because it is a working shop and visits are better arranged.

How long does manufacturing take?

One screen takes 10 to 15 minutes to assemble. The overall lead time depends on the size of the order and the queue, and the surveyor gives you the date.

Can I order a non-standard colour?

Yes, we coat to the RAL palette. Most people match the colour of their windows.

Do you manufacture for other companies?

We work with private clients and with legal entities. Volume terms are discussed separately.

What warranty applies to what you make?

2 years on every screen.
