We look at a battery motor or at where a cable can run along the posts.
Does the terrace catch wind from the street or the sea?
Zip edges keep the mesh inside the rails in an ordinary breeze. Roll the screens up when a sandstorm comes.
A motorized screen in plain side rails is enough.
Is any of these doors an emergency exit?
An exit must open freely. Check with your safety officer, mark it on the list, and we plan it apart.

Running commercial screens through the season
The floor team lowers the terrace at a wall switch by the bar, a manager keeps a remote, or both. Stop points are set at fitting, so the bar halts at the deck every time, not on a guest's chair.
On beachfront terraces in Dubai Marina or JBR, sea wind and shamal sand reach the rails. Wipe the rails at closing when sand builds up, and roll the screens up in a sandstorm.
