01SEARCH BY OPENING, NOT BY DISTRICT

A balcony door in a tower looks the same in the Marina and in Business Bay, and the answer for it will be the same too.

02LOOK AT THREE THINGS

How the screen sits in the opening and whether there is a gap along the edge. Where the cassette or the track sits. The colour of the profile against the window.

03THE PORTFOLIO IS SMALLER THAN THE JOB COUNT

We show only the jobs whose owners agreed to it. A good share of clients would rather their home stayed off the site, and that is fair.

04WHAT COMES UP MOST OFTEN

  • In apartments: a balcony door and one or two windows
  • In villas: terrace portals, upper-level windows, arched transoms
  • Commercial jobs stand apart
  • A villa is rarely covered by a single type of screen

How to read this portfolio

It is more useful to search by opening than by district. A balcony door in a tower looks the same in Marina as in Business Bay, and the answer for it will be the same.

Look at three things. First, how the screen sits in the opening and whether there is a gap at the edge. Second, where the cassette or the guide ended up and whether it obstructs the window. Third, the colour of the profile against the window.

If you find a case like yours, show it to the surveyor. The conversation immediately becomes concrete.

What comes up most often

In apartments it is a balcony door and one or two windows. The openings are standard, because towers are built in series, and the answer is nearly always sliding or pleated.

Villas vary more: panoramic terrace doors, double-height windows, arched fanlights, sometimes a kitchen door to the garden taking a hinged screen with a closer. A villa is rarely closed with a single type, and that is normal.

Commercial sites sit apart. There the decision is driven not by taste but by duty cycle: how many times a shift the opening is used and who uses it.

Found a case like yours? Show it to the surveyor: the conversation gets specific instead of being about types of screens in general.

Can I see a site in person

Sometimes, if the customer does not mind. More often we suggest coming to the workshop: the same details are visible up close there and nobody's permission is required.

If you want to see a particular system working, say so in advance. We will put a demonstration unit of that type together for your visit.

Common questions

Can I have the contact details of a customer from a project?

No, we do not pass on other people's contacts.

Have you worked in my area?

Ask the surveyor on the visit: he knows what has been done nearby better than a list on a website does.

Do you photograph every job?

No, only with the customer's permission. That is why the portfolio is smaller than the real number of installations.

Have you done whole properties?

Yes, we close villas completely, including non-standard openings.

Do you work with developers?

Yes, that is a separate conversation about volume. Terms are discussed under the partnership programme.
