Mosquito screen projects on video
This is our work on real jobs, filmed by the team: a pleated mosquito screen on a balcony door, a screen re-meshed on the spot, and a measurer checking the track. All three videos are on our YouTube channel @MosquitonetsDubaiUAE. We show only our own jobs and never give clients' addresses.

Re-meshing is AED 200 with standard mesh. Metal mesh AED 300 and aluminium mesh AED 350.
Pleated mosquito screen on a balcony
In the clip the mesh draws across a sliding balcony door, then folds back into a narrow cassette at the side when it is not needed.
The screen runs in a low flat track, so the step onto the balcony stays free. With the mesh folded away, the view from the living room stays as it was.

Re-meshing on site, step by step
Old mesh out
The installer pulls the cord from the groove and lifts the torn mesh away.
Frame cleaned
Sand and old cord come out of the groove so the new mesh sits flat.
New mesh pressed in
Mesh laid over the frame and the cord rolled back into the groove.
Edges trimmed
The spare mesh is cut off and the screen goes back on the window.
Measuring the track
Shoe covers on, tape out. The measurer takes the width and height at more than one point, because walls and frames are rarely perfectly square.
He also looks at the floor where the flat track will lie, and at the frame where the cassette will be fixed. The screen is made from these sizes.
